Cookie statement

This translation is for convenience; the Dutch version is legally binding.
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. HuurPulse only uses cookies that are needed to make the site work or to remember a choice you make yourself.
In short
- We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
- We don't place cookies from other companies. There are no adverts, "like" buttons or embedded videos on HuurPulse.
- That's why we don't ask for consent for cookies and you won't see a cookie banner.
No consent needed
Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet, article 11.7a), no consent is needed for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you yourself ask for. That applies to all the cookies above: they keep you logged in, secure the login process or remember a choice you make yourself. We do inform you about them, with this statement.
If we ever start using other cookies, for example to measure how the site is used, we'll update this statement. If consent is needed for that, we'll ask for it first. You'll then always be able to withdraw that consent.
Map and images
We fetch the map and photos from partners via our own server. Your browser therefore doesn't connect to other websites for them. Only when you click a link to another website yourself, such as WhatsApp, social media or the original listing, do you go to that website. That website's cookie and privacy rules then apply.
