Connect your rental listings to HuurPulse

Are you a letting agent using Realworks? Then your rental listings can appear on HuurPulse automatically. You decide whether the integration is switched on and which data you share. Switch it off and your listings disappear from HuurPulse automatically.

Step-by-step activation

  1. Log in to the Realworks Dashboard and go to the section for API integrations (connections with other parties).
  2. Choose a new integration and enter our developer ID. This tells the software the integration is for HuurPulse:329e7228-ed77-4157-9dd7-792bccafcba1
  3. Switch on the APIs you want to share:
    • Wonen (required): your rental homes.
    • Nieuwbouw (optional): new-build projects with rents.
    • Makelaar (optional): your office details, only needed if you'd like us to show your office name and contact details with your homes.
We don't need any other parts (such as sales, calendar, tasks, commercial property or your contacts database); please leave those switched off.
  4. Allow our server's IP address in the Realworks Dashboard. Without it, the software will refuse our requests:85.10.139.6
  5. Activate the integration. Once you've activated it, HuurPulse receives a token by email for each API. We store the tokens encrypted and never show them in full, not even to our own staff.
  6. Let us know which data we may show by emailing adverteerders@huurpulse.nl. We'll then switch the integration on at our end, and your listings usually appear within an hour.
  7. Recommended: set up webhooks, so we see changes in minutes rather than within an hour. We'll email you a personal webhook URL (don't share it with anyone). In the Developer Portal, choose “Voeg webhook toe” (Add webhook) for your token and create two, both with object type Wonen and our URL as the target:
    • update type Object update (price, photos or text changed);
    • update type Status update (let, withdrawn or no longer released).
You choose the name and email address yourself; Realworks uses that address to tell you if a webhook doesn't arrive. If you withdraw a home's release, we take it off HuurPulse straight away. The integration also works without webhooks: we then check for changes regularly ourselves.

Which data you share

Always needed to show a home: rent, address, living area, number of rooms and availability. On top of that, you decide whether to release:

  • Photos: only the photos you've released for publication in your software.
  • Description: your listing text.
  • Your office's contact details: name, phone number, email address and website (via the Makelaar API).

Anything you don't release, we don't take over. If you release less later on, we delete that data straight away.

What we do and don't do

  • We only show rental homes that are active and available; never confidential properties.
  • We only fetch what has changed: continuously, and as soon as your software gives us a nudge (webhook). Once a night we check your full listings.
  • We make at most one request per second, with a fixed maximum per round.
  • Let or withdrawn? The home disappears as soon as we get the nudge (webhook), or otherwise in the next HuurPulse round.
  • If a home seeker shows interest, they only end up in your CRM if they explicitly agree to it.

Stopping

Switch off the integration in your Realworks Dashboard or revoke the token. As soon as the software refuses our requests, we stop the integration automatically and remove all your homes, photos and texts from HuurPulse. Would you rather we did it? Email adverteerders@huurpulse.nl. You can always reconnect later.
