Report an error

Something not right about a home on HuurPulse, or don't trust a listing? Let us know. We look at every report.

Reporting an error on a listing

Every listing page has a Report an error button. Here's how it works:

  1. Open the listing and choose Report an error.
  2. Choose what's wrong: the details are incorrect, the home is no longer available, the listing looks suspicious or like a possible scam, the content is offensive, or something else.
  3. Describe in a few sentences what you noticed.
  4. Would you like a reply? Then enter your email address. This is optional.

You don't need an account to report something. Never share passwords or bank details in your report.

What we do with your report

Your report goes straight to our team. We look at every report and take misleading or suspicious listings offline. If the home comes from another site, we also look at the listing at the source. If you entered your email address, we can let you know what we did with your report.

Think it might be a scam?

  • Never pay a deposit or rent before you've viewed the home and have a rental contract.
  • Be extra careful if someone is rushing you, only wants to talk on WhatsApp or asks for a copy of your passport before you've seen the home.
  • HuurPulse never asks for payments or deposits via WhatsApp.

Rights holder? Ask us to remove content

Is there a listing, photo or text of yours on HuurPulse without your permission? Or do you own a website and don't want us to show basic details from your site? Then you can ask us to remove that content. How this works is explained in our notice-and-takedown procedure.

Send your request using the contact form, subject fraud, errors or takedown. Please include:

  • the link to the listing or page on HuurPulse;
  • which content it's about and why it should be removed;
  • your name and how we can reach you.
