Why HuurPulse exists

Finding a rental home takes a lot of time and energy. Listings are spread across lots of different websites, and a good home is often gone quickly. If you're not refreshing those sites all the time, you're often too late.

HuurPulse does that work for you. We keep a constant eye on what's available, check whether homes are still available and let you know as soon as something new matches your saved search. That leaves you time to respond.

What we do

• We bring rental homes together in one place: from landlords and letting agents who advertise with us, and from public listings on other sites.
• We keep checking whether homes are still available. Once a home is gone at the source, we take it down too.
• If the same home appears on several sites, we show it once. On the listing you can see which other sites it's on.
• When a new home matches your saved search, we let you know: as soon as we find it, once a day or once a week.

What we stand for

Always showing the source. Every listing shows which site it comes from. For listings from other sites we only show the basic details, with a link to the original. We don't copy photos, descriptions or contact details from those sites.

Never promising what we can't deliver. We can't guarantee you a home. What we can do is make sure you hear sooner about what becomes available, so you can respond earlier.

Careful with your data. We only ask for what we need. You can always view, download or delete your data. Read more in our privacy statement.

Standing together against rental fraud. Don't trust a listing? Use the Report an error button on the listing. We look at every report. Also read our tips on renting safely.

Who's behind HuurPulse

HuurPulse is a Dutch service. You'll find our official details, such as our Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, on the company details page.
