Candidates with a profile
When replying, a home seeker can include a short profile, for example their work situation, income and pets. That helps you see more quickly who suits your home.
Your listing, your permission
What you post yourself, you manage yourself. We never copy photos or the full text from other sites, and we always link to the original listing. If you'd rather we didn't, we'll stop straight away.
You stay in control
Our team checks every listing before it goes live. You can pause it or mark it as let at any time.
Data in the EU
We store your data on servers in the European Union. You can see which parties we work with in the list of sub-processors.
How advertising on HuurPulse works
Step 1: Create a free account
Choose private or business. If you let homes as a company, you also add your company details.
Step 2: Post your home
Fill in the steps at your own pace; everything is saved as a draft. Add up to 20 photos (jpg, png or webp, at least 640 × 480 pixels).
Step 3: We check it
Our team reviews your listing before it goes live. It then stays online for 30 days; extending it is free.
Step 4: Receive replies
Replies arrive in your account, with any profile the home seeker included. You can also see how often your home is viewed and saved.

Post it yourself
Create a landlord account and post your home with photos and your own description. You stay in control.
Feed (XML or CSV)
Lots of homes? Supply your listings via an XML or CSV feed. Our team connects the feed and checks it. After that, we keep collecting your listings automatically.
Is your home already online?
Then we sometimes show basic details with a link to your listing. Would you prefer it fully visible with photos, or not shown at all? Let us know.
Letting agent? Connect your rental listings automatically
Do you use Realworks? Activate the integration in your own software and your rental homes will appear on HuurPulse automatically. You decide which details you share; switch it off and your listings disappear automatically.

Frequently asked questions from landlords
Does HuurPulse rent out homes itself?
No. HuurPulse isn't a landlord or a letting agent. We help you find homes and respond quickly. You always sign the rental contract with the home's landlord or letting agent, and they also decide who gets the home.
I can't log in. What now?
- Check your email address. Did you create your account with Google? Then choose Continue with Google.
- Haven't confirmed your email address yet? Click the link in the email we sent you. Check your spam folder too.
- Is the site asking for a code and you don't have your phone to hand? Use one of your recovery codes.
- Forgotten your password? Choose a new one via Forgot password.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
Go to Forgot password and enter your email address. You'll get an email with a link to choose a new password. The link only works for a short time. No email? Check your spam folder or request a new link.
How do I advertise my home on HuurPulse?
Create a landlord account and fill in the steps. Everything is saved automatically as a draft. Done? Submit your listing. Our team checks it before it goes live. It then stays online for 30 days and you can extend it for free.
Are you a letting agent using Realworks? Then you can also connect your listings automatically. Read how the agent integration works.
What does advertising cost?
There's a free plan and there are paid plans with more options. The current plans and prices are on Pricing.
Why is my listing checked?
We check every new listing for errors, fraud and compliance with our rules, for example no contact details in photos. That keeps HuurPulse reliable for home seekers. You'll get an email as soon as your listing is live or if something needs to be changed.
Does HuurPulse use my photos on social media?
Only if you give permission. When you submit your listing, you can tick a box to allow HuurPulse to use your photos on social media. This is optional. If you untick the box later and submit the listing again, we won't use your photos in new posts any more.
Only use photos you hold the rights to.
How do I take my listing offline?
In your landlord portal (available in Dutch), go to Advertenties (listings):
- Has the home been let? Choose Markeer als verhuurd (mark as let). The listing disappears from the search results.
- Want to stop for a while? Choose Pauzeren (pause). You can resume later.
- You can delete a draft that hasn't been online yourself.
