Always with the source
Every listing shows which site it comes from. If a home is listed on another site, we only show the basic details and a link to that listing. We never copy photos, descriptions or contact details.
Know what you pay up front
Before you pay, you can see how much the next payment will be and when. You can cancel yourself in My HuurPulse.
Your data stays yours
We only ask for what we need and we comply with the GDPR. You can view, download or delete your data at any time.
Fighting rental fraud together
Spotted a suspicious listing? Report it on the listing page. We check landlords and take misleading listings offline.

All questionsHow much does HuurPulse cost?
Searching is free, no subscription needed. With a subscription you can see all the details of homes advertised with us and reply to them. You start with the 14-day Introduction plan; after that it continues as Monthly unless you cancel. You'll find the prices on our Pricing page.
Where do the listings come from?
From landlords and letting agents who advertise with us, and from public listings on other sites. Every listing shows its source. If a home is listed on another site, you reply through the link to that listing.
How do I cancel?
Go to My HuurPulse → Subscription. If you cancel within 14 days of your purchase, you get a full refund. All the steps are on Cancel subscription.
Is it safe?
HuurPulse doesn't rent out homes itself and will never ask for money via WhatsApp. Never pay a deposit or rent before you've seen the home and signed a tenancy agreement. Not sure about a listing? Report it on the listing page. You'll find more tips under renting safely.
